In older days, sellers used to roam around the country with their
products trying to make a sale at the best price to the buyers. They
used to flock to major cities in order to get the best opportunities to
sell and buy. But with changing times, business too has changed
manifolds. The new generation requires a comfortable and more
convenient way to trade. They need everything at the reach of an
arm. This need for convenience gave rise to an online platform,
where a variety of businesses have bloomed so far.
Nowadays, the use of e-commerce for businesses has become
important not only for the purpose to preserve the place on the
market, but also to expand market share in connection with the
rapid development of information technologies.
We at SALELO, are taking a step forward to build a B to B platform, in
order to utilize the ease of e-commerce in our field trade as well. An
apt saying in the field is “when going to selling goods, the buyers
cannot be found, and when going to buy goods, the sellers are
nowhere to be seen.” Let us consider an example where a seller has
a particular good, but since he cannot find a buyer, he gives it to a
scrape dealer at a loss. However in another part of the country, there
is a potential buyer looking for that same good, but is unable to find
a seller. The lack of connectivity in this case leads to the loss of both
the seller and the buyer. We aim at building a portal to strengthen
this connectivity. In the long run we wish to change the saying to “go
to sell a product and it will be sold. Go to buy a product and you will
find it with ease”.
Creating an online portal will enable the buyers and sellers of the
wholesale world be connected to each other more efficiently, and
they will be able to trade in a better way, with more profits for each
side.
